By accessing or using FirstDocket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
FirstDocket is a subscription-based service that delivers real-time arrest alert notifications to registered users across counties in Florida and Texas. The Service is designed for licensed attorneys and legal professionals.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are listed on our website and may change with notice. Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of arrest data delivered through the Service. All booking information is provided as-is.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable legal and ethical rules governing attorney conduct. You agree not to:
The FirstDocket name, logo, website design, and software are the intellectual property of FirstDocket. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstDocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be delivered within a specific timeframe.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FirstDocket from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Service operates across multiple states, but all disputes shall be resolved under Florida law.
